Graduate Research Symposium - DEADLINE EXTENSION

The GSU, along with the Graduate School, is excited to host its second Graduate Research Symposium on January 22, 2010. With its intent being to showcase the innovative work of Notre Dame graduate students, the symposium provides an excellent opportunity to display the original research being done within the larger campus community. Research will be presented in each of the divisions of the Graduate School (Humanities, Social Sciences, Engineering, and Science).

Below is a list of important upcoming dates regarding the upcoming Graduate Research Symposium.

  • November 1, 2009: Abstracts due by 11:59pm (Call for abstracts can be found in the attachment below (submit abstract here))
  • January 22, 2010: Graduate Research Symposium (Jordan Hall)

  • The GSU has a small budget allocated for current ND graduate students that are performing field work off-campus, but would like to return to campus to present at the Symposium. If you are interested in presenting at the Symposium but are currently doing field work off-campus, please contact Kasey Swanke at gsu+aac@nd.edu about applying for the travel grant.
